Millet Dosa


  • 1 cup pearl millet
  • 1/3 cup pressed rice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup urad dal
  • 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
  • 2 tablespoon refined oil

Method:

1. Soak all ingredients  except pressed rice in water for about 6 hrs.
2. Grind soaked ingredients along with pressed rice and leave it overnight for fermentation.
3. Make think crisp dosas and serve hot with chutney.
