Ingredients:
. Rice flour 1 cup
. Moong daal 2 spoon(soak it in water for 1 hr)
. Hot water to mix floor
. chilly powder
. salt to taste
. seseme seeds 3 spoons
Method:
1) Mix all the ingredients with hot water.
2) Next knead the above dough until soft for about five minutes.
3) Keep it aside for 1/2 hr.
4) Start preparing chokodi with small balls of dough as shown in figure.
5) Now deep fry them in oil until they turn golden in color .
6) Store it in air tight jar.
