Ingredients:
. 1 Cup rice
. 2 Cups coconut milk
. 4 soaked lavang
. 1 onion
. Curry leaves
. Mint leaves
. 2 green chillies
. 1/2 spoon ginger garlic paste
Method:
1) Heat oil in cooker.
2) Add ghee, lavang, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, onion paste, green chilly paste, and mint leaves and fry for some time.
3) Now add soaked rice and add coconut milk.
4) Add salt to taste.
5) Pressure cook until 3 whistles
coconut rice is ready to serve!!!!!!!!!!
Aloo meal maker curry.....
Ingredients:
. 2 Potato's
. 1 cup meal maker(boiled in water for about 10 mins)
. 2 Tomato
. 1 Onion
. 2 green chillies
. Ginger garlic paste
. Coriander powder
. Seasoning ingredients
. Curry leaves
. Coriander leaves
. Cashew nuts
. Salt to taste
Method:
1) Heat oil in cooker and add urad daal, mustered seeds, cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste and fry for few Min's.
2) Add one full onion, chillies, tomato, meal maker and chopped potato and pressure cook for 2 whistles.
3) Now take out boiled onion, chilly, tomato from the pressure cooker and make in to paste.Add salt, red chilly powder, Coriander powder, cashew nuts and make in to thick paste.
4) Again switch on the stove and add the paste to the curry let it cook for 5 more Min's.
5) Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with hot coconut rice..
