Ingredients:
. potato 2 no's
. Besan flour 1 cup
. Eating soda a pinch
. Salt
. Oil for deep frying
Method:
1) Peel off the skin of potato and cut them in to round pieces.
2) Prepare loose batter with besan flour and add eating soda and salt for taste.
3) Dip the potato slice in to the batter.
4) Heat oil in a pan and deep fry till they turn golden brown in color.
Yummy easy to prepare potato bajji is ready to serve...
