Ingredients 1:
Maida(all purpose flour) – 1 cup
Rice Flour : 1/4 cup
Curd
Cooking soda – pinch
Salt
Mix all the above ingredients to form a batter.The batter should not be too thick or too thin.
Leave it to ferment for about 5 to 8 hrs
Ingredients 2:
Green chillies-3 no's
Curry leaves – 2 sprigs
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
chopped onions(optional)
Ginger
Now before making mysore bonda add finely chopped green chillies, cumin seeds, ginger, curry leaves, onions(optional) and mix well. According to the consistency add little water to form a thick batter without lumps. Heat oil in a pan. Mix the batter again and drop spoonful or with hands .Fry on medium heat till it is golden brown on all sides. Serve hot with tomato chutney and Sambar.
