. Boiled eggs 2 no's
. Besan flour 1/2 cup
. Eating soda a pinch
. Rice flour - 2 tbsp
. Salt
. chilli powder
. Oil for deep frying
. lemon juice - 4 tbsp
. 1 onion chopped (add 1/2 tbsp of lemon juice to it to enrich the taste)
. Coriander leaves
Method:
1) Remove the shell from the eggs and keep it aside.
2) Prepare thick batter with besan flour,Rice flour,red chilli powder,eating soda and salt.
3) Dip the egg in to the batter. Coat the egg all around with the batter.Now take them and drop gently into the hot oil.
4) Deep fry till they turn golden brown in color.
5) Cut them in to two half's and garnish it with lemon juice,salt, chilli powder,onions and coriander leaves in the order.
Yummy easy to prepare egg bajji is ready to serve...
