Ingredients:
- . 1 cup wheat flour
- . 3 finely chopped green chillies
- . Chopped methi leaves(1 big bunch)
- . 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- . Finely chopped coriander leaves
- . Salt for taste
Method:
1)Mix all ingrediants and make a soft dough.
2)Divide dough into small balls and prepare like chapati.
3)Fry the paratha and apply ghee on both sides.
Serve hot with curd or any gravy.

Anu,I love methi paranthas,and Manasi my daughter has practically grown on these,she used to be such a fussy eater,but paranthas always came to my rescue and Methi parnathas need a top mention.These are looking so good and I feel like making some soon:)
