Ingredients:
. Rice-2 cups( boiled)
. A 200 gms pack of button mushrooms
. Onion -1
. Carrot, beans and potato( chopped) -1 cup
. Green chilly -1
. Ginger garlic paste - Tsp
. Coriander and Mint leaves
. Chilly powder -1 tsp
. Coriander powder-3 tsp
. Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
. Spices- cloves, cinnamon, cardamom
. Ghee-2tsp
. Lemon juice - 2 tsp
. Salt as per taste
Method:
1) Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add the sliced mushrooms and stir-fry till all the water evaporates. Add green chilles, chilly powder, turmeric, pepper powder, garam masala and salt in that order.cook for 5 more mins and keep aside.
2) Heat oil in pan, add cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, onion,ginger garlic paste and green chilly.
3) Add chopped Carrot, beans and potato and boil for some time.Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt.Let all the vegetables cook for sometime.
4)Now add cooked mushroom and mix well. Add boiled rice and mix well.
Tasty Mushroom rice is ready to serve....
